Mason Allen Schander, 24, of 22076 484th Ave., speeding on other roadways, fined $117.50.
Rose M. Philop, 21, Fort Collins, Colorado, speeding on a state highway, fined $97.50.
Tomas Lopez Ordonez, 43, Fremont, Nebraska, speeding on interstate highway, fined $117.50; no driver’s license, fined $132.50.

CLASS VI FELONY
Michelle Marie Blevins, 46, grand theft – more than $1,000 and less than or equal to $2,500, fined $600 with $3,062.73 restitution and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 60 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring, suspended execution of sentence.
CLASS I MISDEMEANORS
Brian J. Williams, 41, Greene, Iowa, permit threatening or harassing telephone calls, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Kenneth J. Feldhus, 47, Aurora, second-offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, suspended imposition of sentence.
Thomas James Cuny, 18, of 415 Brown Hall, SDSU, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Hayden Anthony Anderson, 23, Brandt, second-offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 80 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
