Thursday, March 14
7:57 a.m. Law enforcement took a non reportable city non-injury accident report.
11:38 a.m. Brookings police investigated a traffic complaint. Charges are pending for trespass.
3:38 p.m. Brookings Police responded to a two-vehicle non-injury crash.
7:19 p.m. Officers assisted University Police with a case.
9:59 p.m. Officers were called to Walmart for a illegally parked car. An investigation took place and the driver was later arrested for driving under the inluence.
Friday, March 15
10:55 a.m. SRO Warkenthien was made aware of a drug violation. An investigation was made and charges are pending.
7:05 p.m. An officer served a warrant in the 600 block of Fourth Street.
10:12 p.m. BPD officers made an arrest for DUI.
Saturday, March 16
12:25 a.m. Contact was made with a juvenile in the 500 block of 12th Street South and a citation for underage possession of tobacco was issued.
2:06 a.m. Brookings police conducted a traffic stop. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence.
4:35 a.m. Brookings police stopped a motor vehicle. The driver was arrested for DUI.
3:56 p.m. Officers took a theft report in the 2200 block of Sixth Street.
Sunday, March 17
12:19 a.m. Brookings Police conducted a traffic stop. The driver was arrested for an active warrant.
2 a.m. Brookings Police conducted a traffic stop. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence.
4:22 a.m. Police conducted a traffic stopped a vehicle. Passengers were cited for underage consumption and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:13 a.m. Brookings Police took a drug report.
4:31 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Main Ave for a two- vehicle, non-injury accident. A report was filed.
7:51 p.m. An officer responded to the 600 block of 20th Avenue for the report of a two vehicle, non-injury accident. A report was completed.
