COLMAN – Defending-champion 9B Colman-Egan opened up a 54-0 lead after a quarter en route to a 60-10 victory over Bison in the first round of Class 9B Football Playoffs on Thursday night.
Eli Bowen ran three times, racking up 84 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He also picked off a pass.
Dalton Voelker recovered a fumble and returned it to paydirt.
Nate Tolley ran for a pair of scores, while Chase Hemmer and Dawson Tolley both found the end zone once.
The Cardinals finished the year with a 4-5 record.
Seventh-seeded Colman-Egan (7-2), which also won the Class 9A crown in 2016, heads to No. 2 Colome (9-0) for a quarterfinal matchup Thursday.
