Ryan Thomas Maxwell, 35, Webster, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $800 and sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, house arrest approved, suspended execution of sentence.

Tatiyanna Lynn Meighan, 19, Sioux Falls, simple assault intentionally cause bodily injury, fined $502.50 and sentenced to 30 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Brittany N. Geranen, 26, of 711 Eighth St. S. Apt. 11, theft by insufficient funds check – more than $400, fined $252.50 with $1,000 restitution, suspended imposition of sentence.
