Dominick Michael Devries, 19, Elkton, failure to maintain financial responsibility, fined $122.50 and 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Hanna Cummins, 18, of 355 Young Hall, SDSU, possession of alcohol by a minor, fined $122.50, suspended imposition of sentence.

Natalie Marie Gottlob, 18, Salem, possession of alcohol by a minor, fined $122.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
