South Dakota Disabled American Veterans Department Commander Robert Hill of Brookings was among the South Dakota DAV wreath-laying delegation that went to Arlington National Cemetery in late February.
The delegation laid a wreath before the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier during a ceremony conducted Feb. 26.
