The theft of an Eskimo Ice Fishing Shelter from the middle of Lake Sinai was reported at 10:20 a.m. Thursday, Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring said.

The theft occurred sometime between Tuesday morning and when it was noticed missing Thursday, he said.

“The Ice Fishing Shelter is valued at $500. It also has duct tape around the shaft of an interior support,” Sebring said.
