WATERTOWN – The South Dakota Department of Transportation will place lane closures and stop signs at various locations on Highway 81 from Arlington north to the Highway 28 junction on Monday.
Traffic will remain open to both north and southbound traffic with flaggers and a pilot car.
The lane closures and stop sign set ups are needed to complete concrete pavement repairs. Work is expected to be complete by April 10, depending on weather.
The prime contractor on this project is BX Civil & Construction of Dell Rapids.
