COLLEGE GROVE, Tenn. – Alejandro Perazzo of the South Dakota State men's golf team tied for 28th at the FAMC Intercollegiate, hosted by Middle Tennessee State at the 7,388-yard, par-72 Grove Club.
Perazzo closed with a 72 Tuesday for a 54-hole total of 7-over-par 223.
The Jackrabbits (305) finished 12th out of 12 teams at 928.
Georgia Tech (279) took the team title with an 852 total. Second-round leader Ole Miss (288) was second at 860.
The Rebels’ Braden Thornberry (70) was medalist with a 7-under 209 total. Liberty’s Mickey DeMorat (68) was second at 6-under 210.
SDSU’s Alejandro Restrepo (76) tied for 48th at 232, Jared Nicolls (76) tied for 51st at 233, Naqiuddin Fuad (81) tied for 64th at 240 and Zach Sackett (81) was 68th at 251.
South Dakota State wraps up the fall portion of its schedule at the FGCU Classic on Oct. 29-30 in Estero, Fla.
