BROOKINGS – The storm clouds cleared out just in time for Brookings’ annual Fourth of July parade Wednesday morning. Crowds lined city boulevards along Third Street, Medary Avenue, Sixth Street and Main Avenue as the parade traveled through the heart of Brookings.
