8:03 a.m. Officer Franklin responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 3200 block of Sixth Street.
10:47 a.m. Officer Jurrens responded to the 300 block of Fifth Street in reference to a vehicle hitting a building.
11:57 a.m. Officer Asmus took a report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 500 block of Third Street. A city report was filed.
7:12 p.m. Officers received a phone call from Child’s Voice from Sioux Falls with some information.
7:58 p.m. Officers responded to the 1000 block of Eighth Avenue to a noise complaint. A report was taken.
7:21 a.m. Officer Jurrens responded to the 100 block of Second Avenue South in reference to a child not breathing.
8:08 a.m. Officer Asmus responded to the intersection of Sixth Street and 22nd Avenue for a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. A report was filed.
10:30 a.m. Officers along with the Brookings Ambulance responded to the 2200 block of 20th Street South for a medical call.
12:35 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of 22nd Avenue South in reference to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident. A report was filed.
12:51 p.m. School Resource Office Schneider was made aware of a high school student causing a disturbance in the school. A report was generated, and charges are pending.
7:45 p.m. An individual came to the Brookings Police Department to file a report of harassment.
7:55 p.m. A report was taken of a harassing phone call at 3000 Lefevre Dr.
8:45 p.m. Harassment
12:49 a.m. Officer Larsen conducted a traffic stop in 1100 block of Western Avenue. The driver was arrested for DUI.
2:48 a.m. Officers responded to hit-and-run. A report was filed.
4:56 a.m. A report was taken of a two-vehicle accident that occurred in the parking lot of the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office.
7:47 a.m. Officer Bonnema assisted the University Police Department in its request of a police service dog.
4:58 p.m. Following too closely
5:05 p.m. Officer Bonnema responded to a non-injury accident involving two vehicles.
5:35 p.m. Officers took a report of theft in the 700 block of Seventh Street.
11:40 a.m. School Resource Officer Schneider spoke with a parent about their child running away. A state case has been put out for the missing juvenile.
2:47 p.m. Officers responded to the Wal-Mart parking lot for a two-vehicle, non-injury crash. A report was filed.
