1:29 a.m. Officers responded to the 3000 block of Lefevre Drive for a theft. A report was filed, and the investigation is ongoing.
11:20 a.m. Police obtained drug information for another jurisdiction. A report was filed.
2:23 p.m. Brookings Police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver and passenger were arrested for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, intent to distribute marijuana and ingestion.
3:50 p.m. Officer Engstrom took a report of theft from the 800 block of 25th Avenue. A report was filed.

1:52 p.m. A vehicle was stopped for a minor equipment violation. Trace amounts of marijuana were located.
6:41 p.m. Officers responded to the 200 block of 17th Avenue for a possible domestic. A report was filed.
8:51 p.m. Officers responded to the 700 block of 13th Avenue West for a dog bite report. A report was filed.
10:18 p.m. Officers responded to the 400 block of Main Avenue for an ID check. A male was arrested for possession of a fake ID.
7:38 a.m. Officers assisted parole officers on the 700 block of Brooklawn Drive. A female was taken into custody, and a report was filed.
10:33 a.m. Officers responded to 300 22nd Ave. for a disruptive male. A report was filed.
11:11 a.m. Officer Jurrens responded to the 600 block of Eighth Street South in reference to a theft.
2:06 p.m. A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. The driver was cited for no insurance and driving under suspension.
4:24 p.m. Officer Jurrens responded to the 2200 block of Primrose Drive in reference to a family dispute.
8:23 p.m. Officers responded to the 2200 block of Sixth Street to a report of shoplifting. A citation was issued.
