2:24 a.m. Driving without valid license or permit; DUI-first offense; expired license plates

4:19 a.m. Officer Kreutner responded to a suspicious person in the 200 block of Eighth Street West. A report was generated.

8:40 a.m. Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash in the 2500 block of Sixth Street. A report was filed.

10 a.m. Officer Franklin took a two-vehicle, non-injury accident report in the 400 block of Third Avenue.

10:25 p.m. Officer Franklin took a theft report in the 600 block of Seventh Street.

11:18 a.m. Officer Franklin took a two-vehicle, non-injury accident report at the intersection of Sixth Street and Second Avenue.

12:15 p.m. Officers were dispatched to a hit-and-run in the 200 block of Eighth Street. A report was filed.

2:41 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the 2200 block of Sixth Street for a report of juveniles shoplifting. A report was filed.

2:45 p.m. Officers responded to the 800 block of Sixth Street in reference to a vandalism. A report was filed.
