AURORA – A power box was damaged in a hit-and-run accident, according to the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident was reported Wednesday and occurred near Dogwood Avenue and Spruce Street in Aurora, Assistant Sheriff Scott Sebring said.
The damage occurred between Saturday and Sunday, he added.
“The City of Aurora reported a power box had been struck and damaged. Total damage amounts are unknown at this time. The incident is still under investigation by the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office,” Sebring said.
