BROOKINGS – A Brookings man is facing kidnapping and assault charges after police say he allegedly punched, strangled and held a woman against her will. Dayzsha Bordeaux, 41, was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault domestic, two counts of simple assault domestic and aggravated kidnapping, according to a news release from Brookings Police Department Detective Adam Smith.
