Ardith Irene Texley, 82, of Pipestone, Minnesota, died Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017, at the Good Samaratin Communities of Pipestone, after suffering a stroke on Oct. 6
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Friday at Peace United Methodist Church in Pipestone.
Visitation is Thursday, 4 – 7 p.m. at Hartquist Funeral Home in Pipestone. Burial is at New Woodlawn Cemetery in Pipestone. Arrangements are provided by Hartquist Funeral Home.
She was born to Louie and Gladys (Steinbach) Krenz on June 15, 1935, in White, where she was raised and received her education. On Oct. 15, 1951, she married Edwin Texley at the Lutheran parsonage in Lake Benton, Minnesota. Following their marriage, they lived in Brookings. On July 7, 1958, they moved to Pipestone, Minnesota.
