SIOUX FALLS – South Dakota State’s Zach Boyd was named Summit League Male Diver of the Week for the third time this season, announced Tuesday afternoon.
As the youngest men’s diver competing at the Jackrabbit Invitational on Feb. 7-8, the freshman out-performed his peers, winning both events. Boyd scored a 310.4 in the 1-meter and a 272.45 in the 3-meter and has now won each event three times this season.
The Omaha, Nebraska, native has put together a strong rookie campaign and looks to make an impact at the Summit League Championships on Feb. 19-22.
