CLASS V FELONY

Kelly Jean Begalka, 34, of 1734 Torrey Pines Drive, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $700 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 15 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

Seth James Kranz, 24, of 1524 S. Justice St. possession of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $1,000 and sentenced to 15 days in BCDC; possession of 2 ounces or less of marijuana, fined $500 and sentenced to 30 day sin BCDC, 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended imposition of sentence.

Wade Patrick Olmstead, 61, Garretson, fourth-offense DUI, fined 1,186 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 100 days in BCDC, suspended execution of sentence.

Amanda Snow, 30, of 521 12th St. S. Lot 27, unauthorized ingestion of controlled substance in schedules I or II, fined $899 and sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in BCDC; DUI, fined $650 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended imposition of sentence.

CLASS VI FELONY

Jeffrey Hein, 31, third-offense DUI, fined $1,186 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.

Eric Christopher McCleskey, 26, Pipestone, Minnesota, domestic abuse simple assault attempt to put another in fear of bodily harm, fined $129 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary, six month of prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court. 

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

Fabian Daniel Max, traffic in substitute plates, fined $400 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Tyler Wade Anderson, 32, of 214 Seventh Ave. S., domestic abuse simple assault intentionally cause bodily injury, fined $525 and sentenced to 40 days in BCDC, 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

CLASS II MISDEMEANORS

Ryan Patrick Goodwin, 22, of 1434 Sawgrass Drive, failure to maintain financial responsibility, fined $200 and sentenced to 10 day in BCDC, eight days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

Kaila Helene Vetsch, 25, Rapid City, speeding on other roadways, fined $105.

Hayden Richard Hail, 21, Bruce, operate off-road vehicle on highway, fined $120.

Jimmy H. Nguyen, 40, of 731 Leprechaun Circle, failure to renew registration during assigned month, fined $120.

Trei Ronald Hinrichs, 21, Ellsworth, Minnesota, speeding on interstate highway, fined $85.

Matt Allen Victor, 21, Hendricks, Minnesota, failure to renew registration during assigned month, fined $120.

Leroy Edward Wiskur, 74, Elkton, speeding on other roadways, fined $85; seat belt violation, fined $25.

Eric Brian Bailey, 35, Elkton, speeding on other roadways, fined $85.
