BROOKINGS – Registration for this fall’s Brookings Youth Football is now open with a registration deadline of Aug. 6. For information and to register, go to www.BrookingsYouthFootball.com.
A preseason camp will be held Aug. 7-9 and practices will start the next week. Practices are Monday and Thursday evenings with games on Saturday.
Fourth- and fifth-graders (2017-18 school year) will practice at the Medary Fields and play games at the Southbrook Softball Fields. They will play together in an inter-squad format.
Sixth-graders (2017-18 school year) will practice and play games at the Mickelson Middle School Fields. They will participate in the Lake Area Junior Football League, with occasional travel to other towns for Saturday morning games.
