FLANDREAU – The Fliers kept their season going with a 3-0 sweep over Deuel on Tuesday night in Region 2A volleyball action.
Flandreau travels to Madison on Thursday to face the Bulldogs in a region semifinal that begins at 8 p.m.
Makenzey Burrgraff led the Fliers with six kills and five aces while Brooke Iott added five kills as Flandreau improved to 13-15.
Jaycie Pulscher tallied 14 set assists; Rylee Iott (4) and Mara Lunday (2) combined for six blocks; Anna Gassman collected five digs; and Madison Kontz chipped in with three digs and two aces.
Jaydyn TeGantvoort finished with four aces, three kills and 10 digs for Deuel, which ended its season with a 2-24 mark.
Kendra Damm also had 10 digs while Morgan Salanoa contributed four aces and three set assists.
Twyla Rossow also had three kills as Sarah Ronne and Saycia Sime had a block apiece.
