Baby Nevaeh Naomi Smidt died Feb. 19, 2019, at Brookings Health System.
Memorial services are at 3 p.m. Thursday at Brookings First Assembly of God Church in Brookings.
Rude’s Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Nevaeh Naomi Smidt was born Feb. 19, 2019 in Brookings, the daughter of Ben Smidt and Melody Holbrook.
Her parents wrote “Although we didn’t get to hold her, we will love and miss her always. She will always be a loving part of our family.”
Nevaeh is survived by her parents, Ben Smidt and Melody Holbrook; her three sisters, Aubree Smidt, Gabby Holbrook and Ella Holbrook; one brother, Jacob Holbrook; grandparents, Janice Curington, Jodi (Dennis) Fryer and Ken Smidt Jr; great-grandparents, Maynard and Dorothy Thompson, Ken and Margaret Smidt and Joan Jungers.
She was preceded in death by her twin sisters, Marie and Cindy Holbrook.
