William “Billy” Richter, 51, Brookings died Monday at the Brookings hospital. Billy was born Aug. 16, 1970, and was adopted by Charles and Bernadette (Luze) Richter.

William “Billy” Richter, 51, Brookings died Monday at the Brookings hospital. Billy was born Aug. 16, 1970, and was adopted by Charles and Bernadette (Luze) Richter.
Billy is survived by his dad and step-mom, Chuck and Jackie Richter; 8 siblings: Chuck Jr., Laura, Ginger, Betsy, Julie, Zeke, Nancy, Alex; three step-siblings: Yvonne, Annette and Orlin. Billy was preceded in death by Mother; sister, Christine and step-sister, Shelly.
Funeral services are at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Peter Catholic Church, Colman. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 – 5 p.m. at the church with a 5 p.m. scripture service. For online condolences, visit www.skrochfc.com.
