BROOKINGS – Curbside pickup will resume on Monday for the city’s annual spring cleanup. 

Sections 1-3 had been completed prior to last week’s blizzard, which temporarily halted the operation. Part of section 4 and all of sections 5, 6 and 7 are remaining for pickup. 

The section locations include:

• Section 4: Sixth Street to Eighth Street east of Medary Avenue 

• Section 5: Railroad tracks to Sixth Street from 16th Avenue to 22nd Avenue 

• Section 6: South of railroad tracks from Medary Avenue South to 22nd Avenue South 

• Section 7: Railroad tracks south to city limits from Medary Avenue South to city limits

Residents are reminded that if city crews have already been though their area, they will not be coming back.
