Delaine “Cookie” Dahm, 73, of Madison, died Saturday, Aug. 18, 2018, at the Madison Regional Health System.
There will be a visitation on Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church with the family present from 5 -8 p.m. There will be a prayer service led by the Rev. Constanze Hagmaier at 7:30 p.m. Arrangements are with Weiland Funeral Chapel.
Delaine “Cookie” Lynette (Johnson) Dahm was born Nov, 19, 1944, in Arlington to Donald L. and Mavis L. (Lee) Johnson. She attended school in Oldham.
On July 1, 1960, she married Charles “Chuck” Spurgin and they had two children were born.
