ELKTON – Elkton-Lake Benton improved to 15-3 after defeating Flandreau in three sets on Tuesday night, winning by scores of 25-16, 25-12, 25-14.
Tevan Erickson led the way for ELB, collecting a team-high 21 assists and 10 digs to go with two kills and three aces. Rachael Krog had 11 kills and eight digs.
Addy Hammer led the Fliers with 16 digs in the loss, while Sadie Iott also had 12 digs on the night. Claire Sheppard had nine kills and three blocks. Abby Schoeberl led the Fliers with 16 assists
The Elks will host Arlington on Thursday night. The Fliers fell to 5-14 with the loss and will host Sioux Valley on Thursday night.
