PALM DESERT, Calif. – South Dakota State’s Alejandro Restrepo shot par in Sunday’s final round of the 2018 Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate, presented by Cleveland Golf.
The Jackrabbits finished 23rd, shooting a final round 304 (310-306-304=920) on the par 72, 7,322-yard Classic Club course. No. 19 California led start to finish, shooting an 817 (275-274-268). Competing as an individual, Oklahoma State’s Austin Eckroat was medalist, firing a 202 (68-70-64).
Restrepo (76-82-72) and Jared Nicolls (78-73-79) both tied for 107th, shooting 230s. Restrepo collected three birdies in the final round.
Alejandro Perazzo tied for 118th, firing a 233 (78-80-75). Max Donohue (78-76-81) and Jacob Otta (80-77-78) tied for 123rd, shooting 235s.
