BERESFORD – Sioux Valley’s winning streak reached 18 matches Saturday as the Cossacks beat the host Lady Watchdogs 25-16, 25-16, 13-25, 25-14 in Big East Conference volleyball action Saturday.
Lynsey Stevens led the way with 17 kills, three service aces and 11 digs.
Miakken Vincent totaled eight kills, two aces, five set assists and 10 digs.
Rachel Miller recorded 39 set assists, five kills, two aces and 11 digs.
Bryn Tvedt tallied nine kills and 17 digs.
Nikole Ziegler chipped in with seven kills and 19 digs.
Bethany Rennich finished with two kills, two aces, 1 1/2 blocks (one solo) and seven digs.
Sioux Valley (22-3, 4-2) closes out the regular season with a pair of home matches, taking on Chester Area on Tuesday and Garretson on Monday, Oct. 23.
Beresford dropped to 11-13 (2-6).
