FLANDREAU – The Cossacks placed five members on the 2017 All-Big East Conference 11-man team as Sioux Valley won the league title with an unblemished 5-0 mark.
Named to the honor squad for the Cossacks were seniors Daymien Lucas, Andrew Mullaney, Brennan Stoltenberg, Jake Schneider and Tyler Schwart.
Flandreau, which was 0-6 in BEC play, had two players named to the first team – seniors Michael Witte and Brendan TenEyck.
Honorable mention players for Sioux Valley included: seniors Chase Ringheimer and Hudson Wagner, along with junior Brayden Havrevold.
Fliers named honorable mention were senior Josh Pauley, sophomore Matt Pauley; and junior Nate Kneebone.
