WATERTOWN – The Arrows won seven matches by fall and five via forfeit during a 72-12 defeat of the Bobcats in an Eastern South Dakota Conference wrestling dual Tuesday.
Brookings’ Connor Klinkhammer pinned Ben Althoff in 53 seconds in the 113-pound bout.
Jacob Schoon put Sam Stroup on his back in 1:26 at 170.
Watertown’s Ty Althoff (106) and Dane Stahl (285) both recorded first-period pins.
Mason Stoick (120) and Mac Young (132) ended their matchups by fall in the second period.
Jake Werner (145), Mason Maag (152) and Jayden Hartford (182) each tallied third-period pins.
Brookings was open at 126, 138, 160, 195 and 220.
The Bobcats return to action Dec. 29-30 at the Floyd Farrand Invitational, hosted by Sioux Falls Lincoln.
