  • Scott J. Dziwulski, 42, of 2401 10th St. No. 315, child abuse, fined $1,000 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 60 days in BCDC; DUI, fined $847 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all penitentiary time and 30 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended imposition of sentence.
