12:43 p.m.: A male was arrested for failure to register as a sex offender.
2:06 p.m.: Police took a report of identity theft.
7:02 p.m.: Police conducted alcohol compliance checks and a business in Brookings failed to check the identification of the underage buyer. The employee was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor
