33,000 killed. Nearly half children. Untold numbers killed and buried in the rubble only to be buried by machinery of the occupation forces wishing to eradicate the memory of the people who lived there. A country out of control. Killing journalists and aid workers.

Slow-walking emergency aid relief to to survivors of the holocaust. Not in my name, is my wish to be known that I strongly oppose all of the outrageous response to the horrific attack by their enemy. It is one thing to declare they will go after the perpetrators of such violence, it is another thing to go after anyone in the way.

There has been enough false information flowing from the IDF spokespeople to effectively cast doubt on anything they say. Where is the outrage that we still continue to support the killing, maiming and destroying the thousands of lives of innocent people? Thousands of children who have had to have amputation surgery without anesthetic.

Many of these children are orphaned. Lives destroyed forever.

It is easy to say these people brought this on themselves. All of them? What could they have done to stop a ruthless group bent on murdering and maiming another group of innocents? But what about us? As Aaron Bushnell said, “Many of us like to ask ourselves, ‘What would I do if I was alive during slavery? Or the Jim Crow South? Or apartheid? What would I do if my country was committing genocide?’ The answer is, you’re doing it. Right now.”
