• Tony Ronald Cline, 57, Rapid City, grand theft — more than $2,500 and less than $5,000, fined $1,022.68 and sentenced to five years in the state penitentiary and 100 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended execution of sentence.
