  • Stephan Calar, 65, Osage, Minnesota, speeding on other roadways, fined $97.50.
  • Cecilia Nathali Regalado Martinez, 34, of 510 Eighth St. No. 31, no driver’s license, fined $132.50.
  • Robert Wayne Rose, 76, of 2129 Goldenrod Trail, failure to yield right of way, fined $132.50.
  • Pamela Joann Fiamengo, 71, of 932 Southland Lane Apt. 23, speeding on other roadways, fined $97.50.

  • Jarred Robert Christensen, 21, Madison, intentional damage to property — intentional damage to property — $5,000 to $100,000, fined $745.01 with $13,549.92 restitution and sentenced to eight years in the state penitentiary, four years of prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.

CLASS VI FELONIES

  • Shevona Pickering, 38, Albany, New York, grand theft — more than $1,000 and less than or equal to $2,500, fined $770 with, $1,500 restitution and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary and 45 days in Brookings County Detention Center, all penitentiary time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended imposition of sentence.
