Sunday, Aug. 25
12:23 a.m. An officer arrested an individual for DUI.
1:30 a.m. A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation. Three passengers were cited for underage consumption of alcohol. One passenger was cited for possession of fake driver’s license.
1:33 a.m. The Brookings Police Department responded to a report of a fictitious license. One subject was later arrested.
1:57 a.m. Officer arrested an individual for underage consumption of alcohol and having a fictitious license.
2:20 a.m. Officers issued a citation to an individual for a fictitious license. A report was completed.
2:50 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop which resulted in an arrest for DUI.
2:57 a.m. Law enforcement arrested one male for domestic assault.
5:29 a.m. Law enforcement took one male into protective custody for intoxication.
7:16 a.m. The Brookings Police Department received a report of property that was found on the sidewalk at the intersection of Ninth Street and Ninth Avenue. The wallet contained a fictitious driver’s license.
1:25 p.m. An officer took an accident report.
1:55 p.m. An officer assisted the Brookings County Sheriff’s Office with arresting a subject.
4:20 p.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report of harassment.
4:46 p.m. Officers received a traffic complaint which resulted in a DUI arrest.
9:19 p.m. The Brookings Police Department was responded to the 2200 Block of Sixth Street to follow-up with questions regarding fictitious IDs.
Monday, Aug. 26
3:28 a.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report of theft from a motor vehicle.
6:17 a.m. Officers responded to the 900 block of Second Avenue for a report of a trespass. One individual arrested.
8 a.m. Officers responded to a minor two vehicle collision.
10:04 a.m. Brookings Police generated a report in regard to a fictitious driver’s license being used at the Brookings Liquor Store.
3:02 p.m. An officer responded to the 700 block of 22nd Avenue for a report of theft.
3:06 p.m. Police responded to a report of a fictitious ID and underage consumption of tobacco.
7:58 p.m. Officers received a call for an ID check. One male was arrested.
11:37 p.m. A report was taken for a curfew violation.
Tuesday, Aug. 27
9:43 a.m. Officers assisted deputies with animals at large.
12:07 p.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report on alleged illegal drugs..
2:45 p.m. Brookings Police conducted a traffic stop. The driver was arrested for driving under the influence of marijuana.
8:17 p,m. Officers took a report of a Protection order violation. One male was arrested
Wednesday, Aug. 28
3:02 a.m. Officers responded to an attempted burglary.
4:40 a.m. Officers responded to an injury accident.
8:26 a.m. An officer conducted a traffic stop and the driver was cited for a violation.
11:46 a.m. An community service officer assisted with animal surrender.
12:28 p.m. An officer took a report of a stolen bike.
2:08 p.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report of sexual exploitation of a minor.
2:10 p.m. Officers took a non-injury accident report.
8:15 p.m. Officer conducted follow-up on a report of a male in possession of a fictitious driver’s license.
9:10 p.m. Law enforcement cited a female for fake id and underage possession of alcohol.
