CLASS VI FELONIES

• Gabriel M. Followell, 21, Prairie Village, Kansas, manufacture, distribute or possess drugs in schedules I or II, fined $1,000.50 and sentenced to seven years in the state penitentiary, six years of prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Logan Michale Lesnar, 27, of 112 Seventh St., third-offense DUI, fined $1,050.50 and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary, all prison time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, suspended imposition of sentence.

CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

• Marcelo Alessandro Herrera Chirinos, 20, Aurora, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Justin M. Dean, 26, of 20731 471st Ave. No. 24, domestic abuse simple assault intentionally cause bodily injury, fined $558.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, 85 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Jamie Lynn Scott, 48, Volga, theft by insufficient funds check, more than $400, fined $262.50 with $1,741.20 restitution and sentenced to 15 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Chad Ray Guthmiller. 44, Volga, DUI, fined $747and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Jared G. Redshaw, 22, of 1808 Lincoln Lane, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Avery Nicole Johnson, 20 of 1009 Parkway Boulevard, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 15 days in BCDC, 13 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
