Kayla J. Bergin, 33, Sioux Falls, misprision of felony, fined $500 and sentenced to 60 days in Brookings County Detention Center, 59 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Landon J. Johnson, 21, Sioux Fall, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 and sentence to 30 days in BCDC, 27 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
Shawn E. Runninghorse, 29, of 2110 22nd Ave. S. Lot 15, DUI, fined $747 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, 27 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
