No. 4, second-offense DUI, fined $947 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC; failure to maintain financial responsibility, fined $132.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, 90 days jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court, house arrest approved.
• Suzanne Elizabeth McMillan, 68, of 2409 10th St. No. 209, DUI, fined $770 and sentenced to 40 days in BCDC; failure to stop after accident with unattended vehicle, fined $198.50, 35 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Rolland Darwin Johnson, 40, of 915 Southland Lane Lot 12, reckless driving, fined $682 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Connor David Alonzo, 23, Redwood Falls, Minnesota, driving with revoked license, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
