CLASS I MISDEMEANORS

  • Timothy Allan Tople, 61, Pierre, traffic in substitute plates, fined $196.50 and sentenced to 30 days in BCDC; driving with suspended license, fined $278.50 and sentenced to 15 days in BCDC, 43 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
  • Richard R. Escarsega, 23, of 701 13th St. W. No. 56, domestic abuse simple assault intentionally cause bodily injury, fined $521.50 and sentenced to 90 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
  • Ervin Lee Lovelace, 33, Sioux Falls, threaten law enforcement officer or family, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 60 days in BCDC; obstruct police, jailer or firefighter, fined $597.70 and sentenced to 60 days in BCDC, 86 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
