BROOKINGS — Incumbent Wayne Avery has filed sufficient signatures to be placed on the April 9 ballot for the position of Brookings City Council member, according to the City Clerk’s Office.
Current Mayor Oepke Niemeyer has also filed sufficient signatures to appear on the ballot for mayor.
