• Dominick Russell Johnson, 20, Sioux Falls, having an altered or invalid license in possession, fined $296.50 and sentenced to 10 days in BCDC, all jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
• Victoria K. Beaver, 19, Jackson, Minnesota, DUI, fined $747, suspended imposition of sentence.
• Tristin S. Pliska, 27, of 314 ½ Main Ave. Apt. 5, threaten law enforcement officer or family, fined $396.50 and sentenced to 60 days in BCDC, 55 days of jail time suspended upon conditions imposed by the court.
