1:24 p.m. officers took a report of possible fraud. A report was taken.
2:57 p.m. Police investigated a hit-and-run accident to city property / crosswalk post.
5:44 p.m. Officers took a report of a runaway juvenile female. A short while later officers located the juvenile female and returned her to her mother.
Thursday, Dec. 21
6:51 a.m. Officers investigated a theft of property from a motor vehicle.
10:46 a.m. Theft of a bicycle was reported.
10:46 a.m. This case is to document evidence that is being stored at the Brookings Police Department for a DCI case.
11:14 a.m. The Brookings Police Department responded to a report of an Assault.
11:36 a.m. The Brookings Police Department responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
12:28 p.m. Theft of items from motor vehicle was reported.
3:50 p.m. Police took a report of fraud — under investigation
6:24 p.m. Officers responded to a traffic complaint from the interstate. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was arrested for DUI.
9:50 p.m. Police responded to a report of a no-trespass order.
