4:39 a.m. Officers became aware of a possible forgery incident. It is now under investigation.
8:50 a.m. Officers were made aware of a possible drug violation in the 1900 block of 12th Street South. An investigation was made and charges are pending.
9:30 a.m. Officer took a report of harassing phone calls.
3:05 p.m. Officers were made aware of a reported child abuse. An investigation was conducted and an arrest was made.
Wednesday, Feb. 28
2:45 p.m. Police responded to a two-vehicle non-injury crash. A state crash report was filed.
3:27 p.m. Law enforcement took a report of theft.
4:50 p.m. Brookings Police took a report of theft.
Thursday, Feb. 29
12:15 a.m. The Brookings Police Department received a report of a missing drug patch.
10:10 a.m. Officers took DSS referral A report was made.
10:14 a.m. The Brookings Police Department took a report of a civil issue.
12:15 p.m. Officers took a report of a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
3:52 p.m. Officers took a report of a hit and run.
3:52 p.m. Law enforcement took a report about harassment.
11:53 p.m. Officers responded to a report of a theft. Two individuals were arrested.
