Four area volleyball teams closed out the regular season on Tuesday night and three of them came away with victories. Elkton-Lake Benton beat Sioux Valley in four sets and Colman-Egan and Arlington each swept their opponents.

• Elkton-Lake Benton 3, Sioux Valley 1

ELKTON — The Elks won their fourth straight match on Tuesday night and finished the regular season with a record of 19-11. Meanwhile, Sioux Valley dropped its eight straight match and is now 14-15.

ELB won the first set 25-12 and the Cossacks bounced back with a 25-22 win in set two to even it up at 1-1. The Elks would then win set three 25-20 before closing the match with a 25-12 win in set four.

The Elks were led by Tevan Erickson who just missed out on a triple-double with 37 assists, 19 digs and nine kills. She also had four assisted blocks and three aces. Andrea Renkly had 13 kills and eight digs. Aubree Bales had 10 digs and nine kills. Charlie Thooft had seven kills and seven digs. Ella Crofutt had 13 digs. Kylie Ramlo had 18 digs, 10 assisted blocks and five kills.

Kaedyn Sapp led the Cossacks with 14 kills and 15 digs. Adison Renkly had nine kills and Keyra Kruse had eight kills. Elise Lemme had 19 digs and Talya Vincent had 17 digs. Sunny Hesby and Machaela Gerasch each had 17 assists.

ELB will be the No. 3 seed in the Region 2A Tournament and will host No. 6 seeded Great Plains Lutheran on Oct. 31. The Cossacks will be the No. 7 seed in the 2A Tournament and will play at Estelline/Hendricks on the same night.

Colman-Egan 3, Dell Rapids St. Mary 0

COLMAN — With the sweep the Hawks finished the regular season with a record of 25-5 and went 8-1 in the Dakota Valley Conference. They won by scores of 25-21, 25-12 and 25-19.

Colman-Egan was led by Daniela Lee who had a double-double with 12 kills and 12 digs. Lanie Mousel had 19 assists and 18 digs. Kaylee Voelker had 18 assists and 13 digs. Brynlee Landis had 10 kills and Anna Zwart had eight kills. Presley Luze had 10 digs and Elaina Rhode had four kills.

Brianna Griffin led DRSM with kills. Jenna Miller had 26 digs and Brianna Lineman had 26 assists and two aces. Megan Geraets had five blocks.

The Hawks will be the No. 2 seed in the Region 3B Tournament and will host DRSM again on Oct. 31.

Arlington 3, De Smet 0

ARLINGTON — The Cardinals finished the regular season with a sweep and are now 12-20. They won by scores of 25-15, 25-20 and 25-21.

Arlington was led by Addie Steffensen who had 11 kills and 16 digs. Harley Johnson had 20 digs and four aces. Jo Steffensen had 13 kills and three aces and Issie Steffensen had 31 assists. Jaelyn Huntimer had three aces and two blocks.

Hazel Luethmers had 12 kills to lead the Bulldogs. Megan Dylla had 12 assists, nine digs and four aces. Alyssa Asleson had 11 digs and five assists.

Arlington will be the No. 5 seed in the Region 2B Playoffs and will play at Deubrook Area on Oct. 31
