WATERTOWN — The Brookings competitive cheer and dance teams competed in the Watertown Invite on Thursday night.
The Bobcat cheer team finished in third place with a score of 273.50. The Bobcats had no deductions.
The Brookings dance team finished in eighth place in the grand champion dance with a score of 216. The Bobcats finished in sixth in hip hop with a score of 210 and they came in fifth in the pom section with a score of 222.
Brookings will return to the floor on Oct. 17 as the Bobcats will compete in the ESD Competition at Brandon Valley. That competition is set to start at 5 p.m.
