The South Dakota State softball team recorded a pair of wins by scoring double-digit runs as the Jackrabbits defeated Saint Louis and Northern Illinois by 10-1 and 15-6 scores, respectively at the Billiken Sports Center on Tuesday. SDSU has now won seven of its last eight games.

South Dakota State completed a three-game sweep of Northern Colorado at Nebraska’s Big Red Spring Fling on Monday, March 10, as the Jackrabbits defeated the Bears 8-7 at Bowlin Stadium. The Jacks previously beat UNC by 4-1 and 5-4 scores over the weekend.

College Women's Golf

The South Dakota State women’s golf team is in first place following the first two rounds of the Spring Jackrabbit Invitational, which were played Monday at Boulder Creek Golf Club. McKenzie Mages fired a 66 on her opening lap and is in a four-way tie for first place.

High School Girls Hockey

The Brookings Rangers girls varsity team came up short on Saturday night as the Rangers fell to the Sioux Falls Flyers in four overtimes in the championship game of the State Tournament.
