The Sioux Valley Cossacks will send three wrestlers to this year’s SDHSAA Class B State Wrestling Tournament after Tate Steffensen, Dubhlainn Vermeulen and Owen Vandeweerd qualified at the Region 1B Wrestling Tournament at Gettysburg High School on Saturday afternoon.
